Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience as Foreman Part Supply in electronic manufacturing.

• Fluent in English (Japanese is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of production efficiency, process improvement, and safety regulations.

• Proven experience managing ±50 subordinates.

• Proficient in MS Office, MES, and SAP systems.

• Skilled in sheet metal fabrication, painting process control, and quality inspection.

• Familiar with lean manufacturing & 5S implementation.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Willing to be placed at GIIC, Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat.

Job description:

• Communicate company news, activities, and policies; ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.

• Manage daily employee assignments and support production improvements.

• Act as supervisor’s delegate in their absence, including performance evaluation.

• Lead daily meetings to share updates, issues, and solutions.

• Handle departmental matters such as discipline, leave, and approvals.

• Compile and report production results and issues to management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor/GM.

• Implement EMS, OHSAS, and Quality policies in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.

Authority:

• Enforce safety rules, including stopping unsafe work.

• Coordinate with leaders, supervisors, and operators to support production.

• Work with engineering, maintenance, and other teams to improve efficiency.

• Oversee and audit daily records.
